You can return or exchange items for any valid reason within 30 days of receiving them. Just call our customer service department first at 8850767337 so that they can get you started with the return or exchange process.

International orders are subject to the same returns and exchanges policies described above. We do not provide free shipping labels or reimburse duties and taxes for international return and exchange orders. However, if the reason for return or exchange is an incorrect or damaged order we will credit the cost of return shipping back to your card.
Please follow the steps below to return an item:
- Before returning a product, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling at 8850767337. Returns without an RMA number will be rejected.
- All products must be returned with any unused warranty cards, instruction booklets, cleaning cloths, and cases when applicable.
- REQUIRED: The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package and/or on the return shipping label. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will not be accepted. (Note: The RMA expires within 16 days.)
- Returns will be collected by our courier partners after confirmation from your side.
You may cancel your order for a full refund by calling 8850767337 within 48 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still return or exchange the item.
